Open weights

The V4 preview news links Hugging Face for open weights and arXiv for the technical report. Earlier posts do the same for V3.2, V3.1, R1, and V3. I do not host those files. If you want weights, follow DeepSeek’s own cards and read the license on the card you download.

Self-hosting is a different product motion than chat.deepseek.com. Hardware, quantization, and the encoding scripts V4 documents live in those repositories. This page only exists so the catalog does not pretend DeepSeek is API-only.
